Skylight Music Theatre has teamed up with Tre Rivali and the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel to create curated dinner-and-show experiences designed to make a night at the theater feel effortless and, frankly, pretty cool.
Rather than asking audiences to piece together reservations, tickets and parking on their own, the new offerings bundle it all into one streamlined plan. The goal? Spend less time juggling logistics and more time savoring the night.
At Tre Rivali, that savoring begins with a three-course pre-theatre menu designed to feel special but paced perfectly for curtain time. First-course options include petite portions of lamb kawarma with hummus, za’atar and warm pita; whipped feta with roasted grapes, pistachio and pomegranate; or a Little Gem Caesar finished with cured yolk and Grana Padano.
For the main event, guests might opt for feta-brined half chicken with toasted couscous and chermoula, wood-grilled branzino with a bright lemon–olive oil emulsion, braised beef short ribs “stifado” scented with red wine and cinnamon, or roasted cauliflower layered with harissa and sumac. Dessert lands on a lighter note: Greek yogurt panna cotta with wild thyme honey, orange blossom and candied walnut.
In other words, this isn’t a rushed pre-show bite. It’s dinner with intention.
