Summerfest is just over a week away. And that means it's almost time to graze on that cob of Robby's corn in between concerts, look forward to a Saz's Sampler Platter for "dinner" and relish a warm packet of Sil's mini donuts as you walk to your car at the end of the night.

But Summerfest is as determined as ever to help you create some brand new flavor memories in 2026.  And they've done that by rolling out one of the longest lists of new food and beverage items we've seen in a number of years.  They gave us an early preview back in May, but they've since added to that list with a variety of new experiences as well as new foods and beverages from both new and long-standing vendors.

And whether you're looking for something new to nibble between sets, a new drink to help you cool down on a hot day or simply something more interesting to satiate your hunger pains, you might just find it here.

This well-known Milwaukee café has made a name for itself by pushing the envelope with their creative drinks. At Summerfest they will be serving espresso as well as hand-crafted lattes including café favorites like Channel Orange, Carnivale and Match(a) Maker

Jimmy Ward’s Grill
Location: Generac Power Stage
This family-friendly stop will feature Chicken Tenders, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, BBQ Pulled Chicken and Pork Sandwiches, Pickle Bombs, BBQ Cheese Fries, Cheese Fries, Ward’s Cheese Steak Sandwich, Bacon Wrapped Prime Rib Bites, the Big Bear Burger, the Boss Hog Burger, the Big Jim Burger and a cheeseburger

The Wisconsin Table
Location: North Gate
This new location will focus on iconic Wisconsin food, including supper club-inspired fare like the traditional fish fry, Brandy Old Fashioned and Grasshopper and Brandy Alexander shakes. There will also be State Fair classics like mini cream puffs and nostalgic favorites like the Loaded Bloody Mary Burger, a Wisconsin Pretzel Charcuterie board, hot ham and rolls, pretzel bites, bacon cheese fries, boneless wings and a classic bloody mary.
