Dream Dance Steakhouse is open from 5 to 10 p.m. for a Thanksgiving Feast featuring ambrosia and Waldorf salads, turducken, holiday sides and pumpkin pie.  Cost is $45 per person. 

Sportsbook will open at 10 a.m. for the Packers game. A special  Thanksgiving turkey burger topped with mashed potatoes, stuffing and cranberry aioli, and served with sweet potato fries and marshmallow fluff will be on the menu for $18.
