As Milwaukee Preservation Alliance raises funds to renovate the old Catherine Foley tavern at 266 E. Erie St. in the Third Ward into its new offices, UWM School of Architecture and Urban Planning student Sigurds Kakulis has created a series of vinyl decal stickers installed on the building's exterior that spotlight aspects of the structure's history.
